To hire KEYTLaw, LLC, to form your IRA LLC you must first cause your custodian to pay our fee by doing the following:

Print the email message. It is the invoice.
Submit the printed invoice (email message) along with a disbursement request to the custodian to ask the custodian to pay our fee.

KEYTLaw, LLC, Address Service: Arizona LLC law requires that all LLCs formed in Arizona have an Arizona address, which can be a business or home address or a UPS mailbox address. The address cannot be a U.S. Post Office box. If you do not have an address in Arizona for the LLC then check the box to the left to purchase KEYTLaw’s address service for $100/year payable in advance. Do not tell the IRA custodian, Arizona Department of Revenue, tenants, property managers or anybody else to send correspondence to KEYTLaw’s address. Tell people to send correspondence where you want to receive the correspondence. If we receive correspondence for the company we charge the company a $35 handling fee plus the cost of postage to mail the correspondence to the company.

- The entire amount you pay KEYTLaw, LLC, for fees and costs is nonrefundable, but you may nevertheless discharge KEYTLaw, LLC, and your KEYTLaw, LLC, attorney at any time and in that event you may be entitled to a refund of all or part of the fee based upon the value of the representation.
